This year, the museum invites you to travel and discover with the exhibitions "Introduced species - here and elsewhere" and "Inspiration Natur-e". Four days to study, to experiment, to tinker, to taste specialties, to listen to music, to exchange and, of course, to have fun!

During the workshops, a person of the Museum will take care of the children. The presence of parents is not necessary.

Discovery Workshop: In the footsteps of the raccoon
The activity begins at the Museum, in the exhibition "Here and elsewhere", then will continue in the city on the tracks of the raccoon with a picnic break on the way.
Material to take:
- clothes adapted to the weather
- good shoes (walk during 1h30)
- Picnic for lunch

DIY workshop: DIY bio-inspired
It is by observing under the microscope the fruits of the great burdock that the Swiss engineer Georges de Mestral discovered small elastic hooks allowing the fruit to cling to animals and spread in nature. A discovery that gave him the idea to invent Velcro, today used everywhere! With this great material, you will build a panel for the door of your room where you can hang all kinds of messages!
THURSDAY 18 OCTOBER
Discovery workshop: Help the gardener!
The activity begins at the Museum, in the exhibition "Here and Anywhere", to discover how species move around the world. The rest of the workshop will be at the botanical garden to help the gardener understand strange phenomena.
