Current touristic situation regarding the COVID-19 in Fribourg
OPENING TOURIST OFFICE
(Stand : 21.05.2020 – 9.00 am)
According to the directives of the Federal Council, Fribourg Tourism can once again open its doors to the public.
Our offices is open from May 11 to June 6 with restricted hours as follows:
- Opening hours and telephone from Monday to Saturday from 10 a. to 3 pm
- Also open on public holidays (Ascencion Thursday and Whit Monday) - ticket office closed.
The opening of Fribourg Tourism with its usual opening hours is scheduled for Monday June 8. Consult our opening hours here

The activities proposed by Fribourg Tourism such as Urban Golf and guided tours are again available from 11 May according to the health restrictions in force, i.e. maximum 5 persons per group (incl. guide for the visits). Book your activities now at firstname.lastname@example.org

- The ramparts
- The Little Tourist Train
- The tower of the cathedral
- The Botanical Garden
- Fribowling and cinemas
- Swimming pools
- other activities

For shows that are cancelled, the tickets to be refunded can be sent to us by post and must contain your first name, surname, full postal address and telephone number, as well as your full bank details (bank name, postal address and IBAN) at the following address Fribourg Tourism and Region, Place Jean-Tinguely 1, CP1120, 1701 Fribourg. However, we decline any possible loss during the sending of your tickets, and advise you to make a photocopy of them.
Concerning the Acro'Dance show (6 June at 5pm and 8.30pm at Equilibre): Tickets not withdrawn within the communicated deadline will not be cancelled. The deadline has been extended, and tickets can be collected as soon as our ticket offices reopen.
